The burn/scald model can be constructed through methods such as flame burning, hot water scalding, chemicals, and radioactive substances that harm the skin. By establishing a burn/scald rat model, the development and evolution of various systems and local wounds in the body after burn/scald were studied, providing experimental basis for intervention treatment after burn/scald.
Observation indicators
The epidermal cells of rats exhibit blister formation, full layer vascular dilation and congestion of the dermis, unclear skin structure, obvious degeneration and necrosis, and partial cell dissolution.
Partial Results Display
HE staining observation of burn tissue: deep damage to epidermis and dermis, but no damage to hair follicles; The yellow arrow line represents the skin thickness of unburned and burned mice, while the red arrow represents hair follicles.
