Oral ulcer is the most common oral mucosal disease, with a high incidence rate, ranking first in oral mucosal disease, and no exact laboratory indicators can be used as a diagnostic basis. The etiology of oral ulcers is complex and still unclear, and there is currently no good treatment method. Exploring the etiology and drug treatment of oral ulcers is the primary task for the prevention and treatment of oral ulcers, therefore it is necessary to establish an animal model that simulates human oral ulcers. Establishing an SD rat oral ulcer model, the formation, growth, development, and reproduction of the plaque are similar to those of humans, and the histopathology of the tissue is also similar to that of humans.
