China is a high-risk area for liver disease, with the development process of liver disease ranging from hepatitis, liver fibrosis, cirrhosis to the later stage leading to liver cancer. Liver fibrosis is an important pathological feature of various chronic liver diseases and is one of the risk factors for inducing cirrhosis and liver cancer. The mouse liver fibrosis model induced by CCl4 injection has a high success rate and obvious case characteristics, and has been widely used in animal experiments such as the study of the mechanism of liver fibrosis formation, screening of anti fibrotic drugs, and efficacy evaluation.
